Toyota TIS OEM Techstream has been updated to V14.20.019, and works great with Mini VCI J2534 cables. Latest version: V14.20.019 Compatible device: Mini VCI cables (SV46-D, SV46-D1), Mangoose VCI. MINI VCI cable for TOYOTA TIS Techstream. I bought mine from Amazon for $25. The cable is about 4’ long, with translucent casing and “MINI-VCI J2534 Standard OBDII Communication Interface” sticker: The cable comes with a mini CD with drivers and Toyota Techstream software.

This is an Openport 2.0 driver and J2534 DLL-only install for users who only intend to use non-EcuFlash software with their Openport 2.0. This install also contains a few J2534 coding examples for developers in C. If you plan to use EcuFlash, do not download these files - go to the EcuFlash download page instead, as the driver and J2534 DLL installation are built into the EcuFlash install.
